Naturopathic Consultation (Initial) Duration 75mins | $190

Naturopathic medicine blends traditional therapeutic principles with contemporary research to provide holistic, evidence-informed care that supports optimal health and long-term wellbeing.

What to expect at your initial appointment

Your first consultation is a comprehensive 75-minute appointment designed to gain a complete understanding of your health and what has brought you to the clinic. We’ll discuss your health concerns, medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, and health goals before developing a personalised, evidence-informed treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.

You’ll leave with greater clarity about your health, practical recommendations and a personalised plan to support your health goals.

What to bring

To help you get the most from your consultation, please bring the following with you:

• A brief summary of your medical history, including any diagnosed conditions, surgeries, or significant illnesses.
• Copies of recent blood test results, imaging, or specialist reports relevant to your reason for visit.
• A full list of all medications and supplements you take. This should include all prescription medicines, over-the-counter medication, vitamins, minerals, herbal products, and any other complementary medicines or natural remedies.

We kindly ask that you supply the following level of detail for each item on the list:

• Brand name
• Strength/dosage (e.g. 1,000 mg per capsule)
• How much you take and how often (e.g. 4 capsules daily, split dose, 2 caps with breakfast, 2 caps with dinner)

Example: “Blackmores Fish Oil, 1,000 mg per capsule. Take 4 capsules daily with a meal.”

Your Naturopathic Treatment Plan

Following from your appointment, you will be provided a personalised naturopathic treatment plan with a tailored prescription of herbal and nutritional medicines, diet and lifestyle guidelines.

Your treatment plan may include;

• Tailored herbal formula
• Herbal and nutritional medicines
• Diet and nutritional advice
• Lifestyle advice and relaxation techniques
• Referral for functional medicine and/or additional pathology tests

A copy of your treatment plan will be emailed to you 48hrs post your consultation.

Naturopathic Consultation (Follow-up) Duration: 20-30mins | $75

Follow-up appointments are 20-30 minutes in duration and are an important check-in to see how things are tracking with your health plan and make adjustments if required.

The suggested interval for follow-ups can vary, but as a guide, these are usually scheduled at fortnightly, monthly or six-week intervals depending on your needs.

 Follow up appoitments typically cover:

• How things are tracking with your health condition and symptoms
• Adjustment of treatment if required
• Follow up questions

You will be able to pay at your consultation with Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard or American Express card (EFTPOS facilities onsite).

Please note prescribed products are at an additional cost to the fee for consultation.

• The entrance door to the clinic is accessed via three steps. Please let us know if you require assistance—we’re happy to help.
• Companion, family members and support persons are always welcome to attend your appointment.
• We aim to maintain a low-fragrance environment for the comfort and wellbeing of all patients. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing strong perfumes, colognes or heavily fragranced personal care products when attending the clinic.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.

To help us provide timely care to all patients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will incur a 100% cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before a future appointment can be scheduled.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to a genuine emergency or unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, please contact the clinic as soon as practicable so we can discuss your situation and arrange a new appointment where appropriate.

Thank you for your understanding and consideration, providing adequate notice allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care.

PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE (PHI) REBATES

Changes to legislation taken effect as at 1st April 2019 cut a range of natural therapies and modalities from private health cover rebates, including Naturopathy/ Naturopathic Medicine. As a result of this implemented legislation change we are unable to offer PHI rebates on naturopathy services at this time.

PHI Rebates are to be re-instated in April 2026. Check directly with your PHI provider as to the coverage offered under your individual policy.
